It’s finally my turn to get to see what all the buzz is about (as if I don’t already know
) as the boys in the band bring their show to the mighty Buffalo, NY! needless to say, I am very excited and do not want to work at all today, but I must.
The Dead had a realy strong 3 days on the road between Albany and Worcester and after a day off, I’m sure they are ready to hit it hard again tonight.
The weather in downtown buffalo right now is beautiful but they are calling for rain tonight.
Great tickets are still available for tonight’s show. I just pulled up section 106 row 17 which is right on the side of the stage. Those are the $94 tickets but yesterday they also opened up the section behind the stage for a large allotment of $56 tickets. I’ve sat behind the stage before (Phish ’94) and it seriously was the best seat in the house. You are very close, you get to sit and from a drummer’s perspective, I loved it.
I’ve put together a quick map of the area around HSBC Arena with some places of interest. I drove around there this morning and didn’t see any deadheads yet but make zoom around there at lunch.
