The 4 remaining Dead members (Bobby, Phil, Mickey and Billy) are set to rock, along with the Allman Brothers, for Barack Obama at Pittsburgh State University October 13th. This is the first time all 4 members of the band have performed together since the last Dead tour in 2004. Bobby, Phil and Mickey did a similar benefit concert at the Warfield back in February.
Hot on the heels of this announcement is news that the boys are also gearing up to do another Dead tour in April/May of 2009. Relix Magazine broke the news on both the Obama show and the Tour a couple of weeks ago. Really looking forward to see the boys together again.
